Hydro-Wates offers personnel and equipment to proof load test building roofing systems using pillow shaped water bags and other specialized equipment. Our pillow shaped water bags allow for more uniform distribution of the applied force, and can be used in conjunction with custom pallets to ensure even pressure/force application. Hydro-Wates pillow water bags can be positioned in rows to test primary structural beams individually or can be packed more tightly to test intermediate roofing structures.
When using our pillow shaped water bags, water volume is accurately metered into each water bag using industrial digital flow meters, with municipal flow meters as back-up. Our digital flow meters are equipped with large character LED displays, which allow for user selectable indication of instantaneous rate, batch volume and total volume.
